One must enter in a value into the Profile Name field when completing the registration. The error received is "<strong>Profile Name already exists</strong>". However, the data was not being stored in the database, thus anyone's feedback as lost. Good news, though... The "Contact Us" link has worked flawlessly since day-1. </p>
