ecycler has two users, Collectors and Discarders. Discarders make recyclables available from the home or business and Collectors pick up recyclables from discarders. Collectors redeem or sell the recyclables to a buyback or recycling center of their choice.

The next step is go to ecycler, click on “Give away recyclables” and post a bag of recyclables. If you don’t have recyclables ready, we still ask you to post the choice: “I don't have recyclables right now but am willing to save them to give away, please contact me”. By choosing this, prospective ecycler collectors will see your posting and contact you via the site to pick up the recyclables. This way, you can continue to recycle the way you currently do and possibly switch to an ecycler collector when one contacts you.
