There is an issue with the registration page (both discarder and collector) that prohibits the registration from completing. The error received is "Profile Name already exists". No matter if the Profile Name is left blank or filled in with a value, the error persists, ultimately preventing the registration.
This bug has been introduced during the process of enabling a feature to allow an ecycler to delete his / her account, this code has inadvertently busticated the registration process.
